Planners can create events and try every feature free. An event goes live (print files, invitations, live QR page) when its plan is paid.

Each plan is a one-off payment for one event, in the currency chosen in your account. Upgrades charge the difference. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.

Refunds: [Write your refund policy, e.g. full refund within 14 days if no invitations were sent and no print files were downloaded].

You are responsible for the guest data you upload and for having permission to use it, and for the content of your designs.

We aim for the event pages to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; printed QR codes keep working while your plan is active.
